vintage Merrythought Of England Mr Mrs pair possum opossum

Description

This is a nice, vintage Mr and Mrs possum pair.
The Mrs has a basket, that is damaged, as you can see in the photos. Specifically, the basket appears to have become brittle with age, and has broken in places. The plastic flowers have been in the basket as long as I can remember, but they are probably just something that found it's way in to the basket at some point.
The possums are in nice, clean, condition. The fabric and material is clean, and in good condition, with only light signs of age and display.
